Parish Religious Education classes are for children from the ages of four through high school. Classes teach our youth about the Catholic faith and how we live out our faith in our daily lives. They also provide the religious education required to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation, Eucharist, and Confirmation.

Click on the link below to complete the PRE Registration form. The form cannot be saved, so please be sure you have sufficient time to complete the form before clicking "Submit." The form should take about 15-20 minutes to complete, depending on the number of children you need to register.

You will be asked for dates when your children received their sacraments: Baptism, Reconciliation, First Communion, Confirmation. Under "General Remarks," enter the name of the church and city/state where the child received each sacrament. If you know this information is on file at St. Jude, it is not necessary to complete this part of the form.

If your child is new to our religious education program, please include as much sacramental information as you can. If you don't remember dates, please at least list the location under "General Remarks."
